So we're onto the fourth regeneration cycle of this thread.

I thought baker was a bit creepy.

As an American, Tom Baker was my first Doctor. My father discovered late night on PBS because of his "savage" companion Leela and her lack of clothing. Of course, my father would occasionally let me watch em-as it was a sci-fi show.

The thing that made me love Baker was his sense of humor..he had a Marx Brothers quality about him that helped you get around the cheap special effects and rubber monsters.

I'm going to laugh my ass off when Matt goes onto the new-old board and finds nobody there.

So techincally this should be the longest thread of Dr. Who we should have then right?

One can only hope we never get to Tennant.

That's what we thought about never reaching Baker, but we did.

That was a good episode.

Though the spaceship at the very beginning kind of looked a bit shonky.

Ugh, stupid moved time slot! I turned on the TV just on time to see the "Next week, on Doctor Who" teaser >_<

Luckily Surf the Channel hasn't been closed down yet, so I could still see the episode, albeit on a teensie little screen.

I thought it was a really cool episode. Especially the reveal of what the Doctor and the "loyal" Ood had really been doing all that time. Oh, and the "You song must end" foreshadowing is really getting me worried about the series finale (and it's only the 3rd episode in!)

So, um...

Torchwood just killed fucking everyone.

He got screwed over. I want more Jacobi Master.

He VAed the Master in an animated podcast of Doctor Who: "Scream of the Shalka" and "The Feast of the Stone".

Yeah...Still.

But TORCHWOOD KILLED EVERYONE.

To be fair one of them was already dead.

Plus we needed Tosh out of the way to make room for Martha and Mickey Smith. *bitter*

That's my favourite part of Nuwho and Zechs,There is supposed to be something at the end of this season even more dramatic and exciting than that!
